Chinese Spinach 空心菜

Ingredients 2 people

  • 2 teaspoons oil ( avocado, peanut, optional)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste

Method 

  • Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
  • Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  • Add spinach, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar.
  • Stir-fry 2 minutes until spinach begins to wilt
