Kung Pao Cauliflower

Ingredients 2-3 people

  • 1 large cauliflower head cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 green bell pepper in slices
  • 1 red bell pepper in slices
  • 1 leek or spring onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 red hot pepper ( habanero or spicy one)
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened soybean sauce (optional)
  • Salt (to taste)


  • Fry in sesame oil the garlic, the peanuts, the leek onion and the red hot pepper first for about 3 min
  • Add the cauliflower head cut into small pieces and bell peppers in high heat until they turn gold
  • To finish add vinegar, dark soy sauce, salt or sweetened soybean sauce

Ready to eat your Kung Pao Cauliflower with some white rice!!
