Potato curry, carrot and firm tofu with white rice


  • 1 large potato
  • 2 thin carrots
  • ½ block of firm tofu
  • ½ tbsp of curry or prepared sauce
  • salt
  • turmeric
  • black pepper
  • olive oil


  • Peel potatoes and carrots, wash them.
  • Cut potatoes, carrots and tofu in not too small squares
  • heat the frying pan with a little olive oil
  • Fry the potatoes and carrots together for about 10 min.
  • When they are soft, add all the condiments and 3 spoons of water
  • At the end add the tofu in squares, and let it simmer for about 5 min.
  • Serve with white steam rice.
