Ingredients
- 1 large potato
- 2 thin carrots
- ½ block of firm tofu
- ½ tbsp of curry or prepared sauce
- salt
- turmeric
- black pepper
- olive oil
Method
- Peel potatoes and carrots, wash them.
- Cut potatoes, carrots and tofu in not too small squares
- heat the frying pan with a little olive oil
- Fry the potatoes and carrots together for about 10 min.
- When they are soft, add all the condiments and 3 spoons of water
- At the end add the tofu in squares, and let it simmer for about 5 min.
- Serve with white steam rice.
