The chef behind The Vexigan
Hola, I am Daniela Nolazco I come from Mexico with a multicultural heart and live in Paris for since 2017, I lived in China for almost 7 years before I moved to France. I am a plant-based chef amateur here and elsewhere, I worked as a primary school teacher in China, yoga practitioner, bug traveler, and photographer amateur. Now in Paris, I am focused on cooking my own recipes for everybody that are interested in more adventurous, colorful, and delicious food.
I share my own creations and also I try to reply recipes that are not vegan from others. Do not hesitate to challenge me either. The idea is to have fun cooking with veggies, seeds, grains, and even flowers.
I just love to cook, but failing at the time of writing a blog. I promise you, we will all learn about the world of cruelty-free, the green and organic life and to take care of our temple ( our body).
